Pumpkin Soup

Leftover pumpkin? Make soup! 2 c pumpkin, 2 c milk, 1/2 t ea.nutmeg & ginger, 2 t cinnamon, 1 T b sugar. Heat through and add a dollop of fat-free plain Greek yogurt.  Serve!  YUM.
